Our Team

DeeTwo Paraplanning was founded by two Australians, Chris Shulha and Tiana Nguyen, in late 2019. Their journey began when they relocated to Vietnam to be closer to family. With a combined experience of over 10 years each in paraplanning roles, Chris and Tiana have led the team to embark on a mission to provide top-tier paraplanning services. In 2020, they took the initiative to train and expand their team, transforming DeeTwo into a thriving venture. Today, DeeTwo boasts a dedicated team of paraplanners, all committed to delivering the highest quality paraplanning services to our valued clients.

Chris is a co-founder of DeeTwo Consulting. As a director, Chris is responsible for business development, technical training and working as a senior paraplanner.

Chris has over 11 years of experience in Australia’s investment and financial service industry. Chris had diverse experience in finance and marketing in the U.S prior to completing his post graduate education at the University of Queensland. His personal philosophy is “Find a way make a way”.

Chris’ leisure pursuits include running, cherishing moments with family and embracing the art of homebrewing. Honesty and transparency are fundamental to his principles. Chris respects individuals who openly express their views.

Tiana Nguyen

Tiana Nguyen

CEO & Senior Paraplanner

Tiana is the second founder of DeeTwo Consulting. As a CEO, Tiana is responsible for daily operations, technical training and working as a senior paraplanner.

Tiana completed her Master of International Economics and Finance at the University of Queensland and holds a Certified Financial Planning level 4 certificate.

She has over 10 years of experience in Australia’s financial planning industry, from administration, compliance, practice management to paraplanning. Tiana has continued her passion in Vietnam her country of birth. Her focus is to add more value to DeeTwo’s clients and nurture the team’s development.

Tiana loves travelling, giving back to the society and values people in her network. She appreciates honesty, reliability and spending quality time with family and friends.

Tien Dang

Office Manager & Paraplanner

Tien joined DeeTwo in 2022 as a paraplanner. She does not only show her technical ability in paraplanning but also demonstrates leadership by assisting to keep the team organised on a daily basis.

Tien holds a Bachelor of Corporate Finance from the University of Economics – Danang and is continuously increasing her knowledge every day. She has experience with SMSF, superannuation, investments, retirement planning, projections and insurance.

Tien loves spending time with her family and friends, enjoys cooking and playing badminton. Tien values a strong work ethic, unwavering honesty and reliability.
