Chris is a co‑founder of DeeTwo Consulting and serves as Director, where he leads business development, delivers technical training, and works as a senior paraplanner.
With over 15 years of experience in Australia’s investment and financial services industry, Chris brings deep expertise and insight to his role. Before completing his postgraduate studies at the University of Queensland, he gained diverse experience in finance and marketing in the United States. His guiding philosophy is simple yet powerful: “Find a way, make a way.”
Outside of work, Chris enjoys running, spending quality time with his family, and exploring the craft of homebrewing. Honesty and transparency are central to his values, and he admires individuals who express their views openly.
Tiana Nguyen

Tiana is the co‑founder and CEO of DeeTwo Consulting, where she oversees daily operations, delivers technical training, and contributes as a senior paraplanner.
She holds a Master of International Economics and Finance from the University of Queensland, an MBA from the University of Western Australia, and a Certified Financial Planning Level 4 certificate.
With more than 13 years of experience in Australia’s financial planning industry, Tiana has worked across administration, compliance, practice management, and paraplanning. She has also continued her professional passion in Vietnam, her country of birth. Her focus is on creating greater value for DeeTwo’s clients while fostering the growth and development of the team.
Beyond her professional life, Tiana enjoys traveling, giving back to society, and nurturing meaningful connections. She values honesty, reliability, and cherishes quality time with family and friends.
Tien Dang
Paraplanner & Office Manager

Tien joined DeeTwo in 2022 as a paraplanner. Beyond her strong technical expertise, she demonstrates leadership by helping keep the team organized and efficient on a daily basis.
She holds a Bachelor of Corporate Finance from the University of Economics – Danang and is committed to continually expanding her knowledge. Tien has experience across SMSFs, superannuation, investments, retirement planning, projections, and insurance.
Outside of work, Tien enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and playing badminton. She values a strong work ethic, honesty, and reliability—principles that guide both her professional and personal life.
