  3. Paraplanner reviews the request and reconfirms plan fees

  4. Paraplanner reviews documents, confirms strategies and sends queries

  5. Paraplanner prepares advice documents / strategy paper

  6. Senior paraplanner reviews and finalises the draft

  7. Paraplanner submits the final draft and relevant docs to adviser via the task management platform
